All in, I would recommend SWSS

I dropped my new to me Mini Cooper S off to the guys at SWSS for a health check.

The guys were brilliant. The check highlighted quite a few issues that needed resolving. Not only did they call to talk through the issues, they also text me with my own URL that contained pictures of the findings, as well as a breakdown in costs. A really fantastic idea.

At no point was I pressured in to any work being undertaken, or was any work undertaken without my permission. They were also understanding that I wanted to undertake some work myself to manage costs.

A special mention should go to Dan, who maintained excellent communication and kept me updated with the progress of the works on my car. Upon collection, Dan took me in to an office and talked in depth about the work that had been done, along with photographs etc. This was a really nice touch.

The premises itself is very welcoming and professional, and all the staff are friendly; techs saying hello etc as they pass through. This isn't some fly by night nissan hut business that will disappear the following week, which is reassuring. However, their labour rates are extremely reasonable.

All in, I would recommend SWSS to any Mini, BMW or Saab owner or any car owner in general. It is patently obvious these guys are enthusiasts with genuine interest, knowledge and experience concerning the cars they work on.
